Field Conditions in JIRA Screen

Is it possible to make a field visible based on some conditions of another field of the same screen? (For Example: If I select the priority "high" another field will be shown underneath as I select the priority "medium")

Only by using injected javascript (which tends to be unreliable). 

The behaviours module in ScriptRunner can do it reliably, and I think some other add-ons can do it too (not tried others, I don't need to)
