Hi Fidel,

I have the below requirement could you please suggest me on this.

"If by mistake anyone creates the Main ticket instead of a subtask, the new ticket which is created should automatically get added as a Sub-task under the existing Main ticket with the same bp id"

Below is the scenario:

I have created a Main ticket with BP ID 874 and the issue id is WC-2189

Also Created another main ticket id with Same BP ID 874 that issue id is WC-2191.
But when I create the main issue by mistake, with the same BP ID value it will convert to Subtask

1) First, I will create a ticket with BP ID --> Consider this ticket as the Main ticket.
2) By mistake, I have created a new ticket instead of subtask with the same main ticket BP ID. So this new ticket which is created should automatically get added as a subtask under my existing main ticket because I have given the same bp id.
