Fetch data from JIRA timesheet to excel

Hi,

I would like to automatically import data into Excel from a Jira Timesheet. Is there a way?

Basically I would like to do the same as https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Fetch-data-from-JIRA-to-excel/qaq-p/198786 but with a timesheet, not from a Jira issue.
