One of our clients is looking to migrate to Jira DC deployed in AWS in the near future and they want to federate authentication of the users for the Atlassian toolset within the managed service of MS AD (or potentially another service like Okta or OneLogin) without having to pay for another plugin or expensive license for accomplish this.

I would like suggestions in regards to Jira DC and MS AD compare to Okta or OneLogin for federating authentication and the pros and cons of these solutions configured within AWS.
