[Feature Request] Show user initials when no image available

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our team has recently switched to Jira from Asana. When I look at the sprint board or stories that have not been assigned to me, its hard to identify who the story has been assigned to if the user has not set an image. I need to hover on a task to find the assignee.

Would it be possible to show user initials (like SK for Saurav Kothari) if no image has been set?
