Feature Change:- Need a feature change on Subscription Recipients to add a provision to add members.

Hi Currently while adding a filter subscription we only have option to select Personal Subscription or groups that were already set up. Instead can we have the provision given to add individual members instead of groups?

For ex: instead of adding groups i would like to add members for different projects and external stakeholders in projects to get the subscription, but we cannot add individual members.

Could you please add that feature in JIRA. We have a JIRA on Premises.
