Favicon alternating between two versions, why?

I've noticed recently that the favicon seems to be swapping back and forth between a transparent background icon and a filled blue background icon, with no rhyme or reason that I can make out. I can refresh the tab, and it will swap to the other, and vice versa.

(Note: my tabs are down the left side rather than across)

Is there a reason for this? It isn't by project, or type, anything that I can determine. It's at times distracting.

Hi @Louise Baker I'm not sure if it's related, but I did find JRACLOUD-65492 on Atlassian's Jira Site.

Is this happening for all users?  Have you tried different browsers? Have you tried flushing your browser cache?  Those are just a couple of troubleshooting things I can think of.  Should it be doing that?  I would say no.  If you've tried those steps and are still having the issue, I would suggest having Atlassian Support weigh in.
