The webhook from Jira already created and configure to Defectdojo but in Engagement creation process it cannot connect to JIRA

Does the account you want use to get information form Jira exist in Jira and does it have permissions.
You need to also connect via this user and create a token for this user, the token is used as access key (password)

Yes, it already have permission and the token has been created according to documentation

Are you org or site admin can you impersonate yourself as the user?
Are you then able to access the project?
Is it a team managed or company managed project in Jira? It might by that if its a team managed project DefectDojo can't handle this.

I've been given admin role both jira and defectdojo. For sure i can access the project.
Currently our Jira is company-managed project.

What is the error you are getting and what API call is sent to Jira?
If you sent the API call, e.g. from postman or terminal or other, what is the message?
