Me too. This error occurred while importing a backup. Any solution?

Hi Rade,

Please note you need to upgrade your JIRA server to JIRA latest version, before you do the backup that will be imported on Cloud. This is just an possible cause for the issue.

Is there any other error message? I recommend you to create an issue on support.atlassian.com.

Thanks and regards,
Paula Silveira
