Failed to load files attached to tasks

Hello all,

From today's morning I'm concerned about what happened to the files attached to the tasks (it doesn't matter if it's task on sprint or backlog).

When I click "Retry" nothing happens. 
I got 

Jira Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD

Sorry to hear about this problem.  There was a documented outage for some Jira and Confluence Cloud users today that has been resolved.  More details about this specific incident can be found at https://status.atlassian.com/incidents/lnqxfml6rygc

It seems that this problem affected some Jira users from being unable to complete a login successfully.  It seems possible that this outage could have cause this problem you are reporting. 

However if you find this is still a problem please let me know some more details about your site and we can try to investigate further.
