Failed to establish connection to the Atlassian Cloud mail store

I get this error when attempting to turn on email requests in Service Desk. See image below, any ideas?Screen Shot 2017-01-12 at 3.48.18 PM.png

I suspect Cloud was struggling at the time.  If you're still having the problem, raise it with https://support.atlassian.com to take a look at the logs etc.
