Failed to connect 2 Jira Automation flows together

Hello, I am trying to create 2 Jira Automation flows together, that shall follow this logic:

Flow 1: when release version is created -> Confluence Page A is created using a Template X.

Flow 2: when the Confluence Page A in Flow 1 is created -> Confluence sub-page B shall be created where Page A is a parent and Template Y is applied.

So far, I was able to make Flow 1 working, but Flow 2 fails as audit log says "No issues from the webhook".

I am not advance in Jira Automation and would appreciate some help here.

I was able to make Flow 2 work to an extent that it creates Page B, but now the question is how do I make Page A parent of Page B and also put in the Page B title the name of release version.
