We want to configure Jira Cloud in our on-premise Sentry(v9.1.2) but we have an error after Upload app and we don't know if the error is on our side or the Jira side.

In our Sentry server we don't have error about the failed upload...

somebody already had this issue?

This is quite complex to explain, but I'll try to keep it simple.

When you "install an app" in Jira Cloud, most of the time, you are not really installing anything.  You are telling Jira "there is a remote application I want you to talk to".

This remote thing is expected to give Jira a response that confirms that it will talk with Jira, and stuff about how.

So, you have given Jira Cloud a url that points to where your application will provide that response.

In this case, Cloud has tried the url and got a 503 "service unavailable" response.  This means either the service is not running, or Cloud cannot get to it over the network.

I suspect the latter - as you say Sentry is on-premise, my best guess is that it's going to be behind a firewall or simply not routed to from the outside.  You can check this easily - go find an internet connection outside your office network and try the url you've given Jira in a browser - I expect that will give you a 503 as well.

Thanks for the informations.

But I have already tried to access URL given to JIRA and it works form an outside browser.. :/

So you'll need to look at why Cloud cannot reach it from the outside.
