When I change the issue status from new to “RCCA”, the jira system will give me a tips ”Transition failed: Deviation request number is required as the issue has 'under Deviation" set to "Yes"…” as the pic. shows below.
Could you please help me to set the "Deviation request number " I can not find it from any menu of the issue.
