Fail to save changes made in Plans

Claire Buffet June 12, 2024

I made changes on tickets from Plans

When I saved, I get a message "fail to save changes"

Where does the problem come from ?

Hi @Claire Buffet and welcome to the Community!

That is hard to tell with only that information. It is possible that certain fields are required when you are creating an issue in your project and that these fields are not filled out in your plan. Or there may be a permission issue with one of the projects. Or ...

It might help looking at the first thing that fails when you try to push your changes to Jira and dig deeper into what is required in Jira to allow items to be created.

Hope this helps!

Hi there, thanks for your reply !

I had some issues with permissions, and I understood that if one ticket fails, the others don't get published...

Have a nice day :)
