There was a bug related to this issue and it was fixed yesterday:

• Attachment section is not loading for specific users

If you are still facing this issue, can you please let us know when did it start?

Is it happening on all tickets?

What browser are you using?

Have you tested using another one? Also, test by clearing browser cache and cookies.

Was this ticket cloned? If you add new attachments, does it work correctly?

Is it affecting other users?
