Fail to load Jenkins/Exporter obr plugins on JIRA DC 10.3.5

Hi,

We've installed JIRA DC 10.3.5.

After installation we imported Jenkins (jira-jenkins-plugin-6.2.1 / 6.2.2) & jiraexporter plugins as obr.

However, on Manage Apps it seems greyed-out, without any specific errors rather "This app couldn't be loaded".

Is this a known issues?

Any workarounds?

Are able to check the logs of Jira? If the Manage Apps section doesn't give any details then usually the logs will provide more information on why the app is not working.

If I'm not mistaken, you're talking about this plugin
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211376/jenkins-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

It's latest version is 6.2.2 and it must work in Jira DC 10.3.5

Have you tried restarting Jira? Sometimes it helps.
