Facing issues while using APP from Jira to download the JQL filter data into Excel

While using the APP extension on Jira cloud to download the JQL Filter query results into Excel. See the attached screenshots. The 3rd screenshot is with the error.

Found the answer myself... it was due to pop-up blocker. I had allowed this url always before and never used to ask again, not sure why it blocked this time without asking.

Its not allowing to raise a support request either giving the below error. Therefore asked question in the community about this issue!

you should add your site URL not URL of authentication.
For examle you should add URL like this

Https://yoursite.atlassian.net
