Facing error while migration process "The uploaded CSV file has structural issues. Please try again"

While trying to migrate some projects from data center to cloud site using JCMA using dedupe process, when we are selecting choices in dedupe input file and try to upload in the required section, we are getting error like "The uploaded CSV file has structural issues. Please try again.". So, is there anyone faces the same issue or know how to resolve this.

download a fresh input CSV and immediately upload it again without changing anything.

Did you get again an error ?
