Facing an issue with email in creating issue

Hi

while creating an issue we have a field "Email" while entering user name mail id will displaying.

but right now its not displaying mail id.

Testing on my local site, when creating an issue and using a User Picker field, it shows the full name and the email address of the users.

Can you please let us know if the field “Email” is a User Picker custom field or is it from an add-on?

Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of the issue? (just make sure to hide private information).

Please, let us know more details so we can try to replicate the issue here.
