Hi @Milou van Aal and welcome to the Community!
Can you be more specific as to what colors you are referring to? Grey, blue and green are the colors used for status categories and they represent to do (grey), in progress (blue) and done (green). Those cannot be modified.
To change the background color of your entire project view, you can use the color picker next to the board title:
There's a lot more colors there; but somehow I suppose that is not what you are looking for?
