Dear community,
Can you please help me with the following issues:
I created a next-gen project, added user "guest" only to this project, checked that this "guest" user is not assigned to any default "jira-users' group.
When "guest" logs in he can see all next-gen projects in this domain.
How can I restrict his access and make sure that he has access only to the project which I assign him to?
Thank you in advance!
Hello Alona,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
On next-gen projects, previously all projects were created as Open, so anyone with an account in the site would have the ability to see the project.
Now, it's required to select the access level of the project, so who is creating the project must select if they want to keep the project private or not.
In this case, since the user is seeing the next-gen project, it's necessary that the admins change the access level to Private for all next-gen projects.
To change the access level, go to Project settings > Access > Change project access > Select Private > Change.
Regards,
Angélica
