Howdy,

I see that you are looking to be able to import some Trello data into Jira Server.  Yes, Jira Cloud has this importer built in, however Jira Server no longer does.

More recent Jira Server versions no longer the importer tool for products such as Trello.  Back in Jira 8.3 we announced that we were deprecating support for these built-in importers.  More details in Jira Server 8.3: End of support announcements.  That importer, and other importers were officially dropped from Jira 8.4 and later versions.

For Jira Server 8.4 and higher versions, only the CSV and JSON importers remain.  You could still use the JSON importer to get this data into Jira Server.  Trello does allow all users to export in JSON, but the drawback here is that this action has to be taken on each board you wish to export (not ideal for lots of boards).  More details in https://help.trello.com/article/747-exporting-data-from-trello-1

That said, Jira 8.3.5 still has this importer built in.  So you could still install that version and import Trello into that version of Jira.

Sorry that this feature was deprecated.  I hope you find this other info about it helpful though.

Andy
