I'm doing a basic report.  I'm adding external reporter.  I have multiple external reporters.  If If I add 1 person, it works.  When I try the second or third or even fourth, it returns with "No issues were found to match your search"  How do I add additional external reporters?

Hi Mike, I am not following. Can you explain this report? Can you explain what “external reporter” refers to? I assume you are referencing a field for this?

Hello Jack.  I'm just doing a regular filter from the main dashboard.  The "external reporter" is actually the client that reported the issue.  So I enter a name from the client so I know who to return once we've completed the bug in Jira.  It's {external reporter} a field that I can select when entering the ticket into Jira.

Hi @Mike Walker

which type is the field of? I assume it must be a user picker?
Could you please also share the JQL you are using - I assume this is the part that throws the error message?

Thanks & Regards,
Daniel
