External Partner Jira Access

Is it possible to be an admin on the External Partner Jira site.

Example:

Company A is where I am an Admin.

Company B is an external Partner.

I need to create a Jira Project in Company B and be an admin to control the access. what is the possibility and how complex are the step?

Sure. The company B admin needs to add you as an admin on their site.
