External ID search field

I used to be able to search for an item using external ID. I woudl access this field under search for issues then use the More option. the More option no longer appears. How can I access the External ID box to search for issues?

Not sure where "more" has gone on the simple search (I've still got it), but try swapping to the advanced search - all fields should be available there
