One of my customers wants us to log tickets in their system but only wants us to see a single Kanban board and nothing else.  None of their internal boards and tickets.  They are not sure how to implement this.

can someone advise me?

Hi @Friskybadger,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This can be done by configuring the permission scheme and setting up issue security. Your customer has to update all the permission schemes that they have so you only have access to the specific project, and if you should only have access to specific issues then also add issue security to the project. I would recommend using project roles for the permission scheme and issue security scheme. I would also recommend that you take a look at How do Jira permissions work?
