Extension of Jira Software Server Trial and User Tier upgrade

Hi! I would like to confirm my understanding since we're going to purchase another Jira Software soon.

1. Jira Software Server Trial is up to 30 days only.

But it it possible to extend its usage up to 90 days? May I know how?

2. If I bought 10-user license next month, I can still upgrade to 250-user license in the next 3 months, right?

In this case, how  it affect the cost and maintenance period since each license payment covered a year of validity?

Hi Jenny,

yes, basically you can extend the trial period. You would need to issue a new license key and put it into licensing admin page of your Jira instance.

As for the second question please refer to the licensing page which also handles pricing during license upgrades.
