Exporting to Excel

Hi,

I'm trying to export information from Jira to Excel however, the documentation and 'how to' documents I've found mostly refer to an Excel button near the Print & Export options which isn't there in the version of Jira I'm using. Also the Export only has XML, Word & Printable.

As I'm relatively new to Jira hopefully it is just user error and easily fixed. Unfortunately I don't know if it is a cloud instance or other, version listed is Jira v8.20.8.

Any assistance/suggestions gladly received.

You are on Server or DC. Cloud version is usually not apparent to the user because the cloud is continuously being update with fix and features.

It is probably disabled on the backend. Follow the article to enabled it:
