Exporting project

I need to export our primary project from a vendors version of JIRA but comments and images are not coming across. Also sub-tasks and issue-links will not import correctly they do not create the links.

Does anyone have a good tool or way to get all of this data on an export and import properly besides a csv file?

Export from instance: JIRA v6.1.5

Import into instance: JIRA v6.5-OD-05-041

Hello Raoul,

Importing into the Atlassian Cloud is different from going Server to Server as it is not possible to perform a Project Import.

If you need to add select projects from a Server Instance to an Existing Cloud Instance (and preserve the Cloud Data), you will need to follow the steps in Project Import From JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud.

If you do not need to preserve the data in the Cloud instance, follow the steps in the Migrating from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud and then delete the unneeded projects after the migration is complete.

You can consider following the steps listed here to properly import projects from one instance to another.

Unfortunately the 2 instances are different. Also I am going from server to cloud.
