Exporting issues in excel format using JIRA Cloud

Vijay Bh May 9, 2019

Hi there, I just started using JIRA Cloud and wanted to export the issues with all the details. I tried using the instructions from this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/exporting-issues-776636787.html but wasn't able to do so, even though I am assigned the admin role.

I do remember seeing the export excel/csv option couple of days ago , now I can't find it anymore

Please help. Thanks

Thanks a lot Alexey, you are right the only way to export issues is via search results. On same lines, wanted to know if there is a way to export the data from any of the reports such as burndown chart, sprint report, velocity chart

You can not export data from charts, reports, if this feature is not provided by developers. If there is not button like export in a report or chart, then you can not export it.

Thanks Alexey. Just to ensure...essentially you are stating that JIRA reports export is not available et all right? You are right on fact that there is no export option/button on reports page, as I encountered as well hence the question around if there is any work around for it..

As there are no OOB options available from Atlassian...are you aware of any 3rd party plugins that will facilitate or help in some for with reports export?
