Exporting Jira Tasks to Trello

I run my business through Trello but my website and programming development through Jira. Is there a way where I can sync issues I raise in Jira back to Trello so that the tasks and issues I've set up in Jira are mirrored in Trello?

There's a power-up to allow you to link Trello tickets to Jira issues, if you just want to view the information between the two platforms - see: https://trello.com/power-ups/586be36326cc4c7e9f70beb3/jira

In terms of two-way syncs - I think you'll need an App for that - for example, Trello / Jira two-way sync - Marketplace; Powerup - or another App from the Marketplace

As a one-off, or similar to the above as an issue sync?

As a one-off, you could try using the Cloud-to-Cloud migration tool - but do note that this is in beta.

If it's to keep issues in sync between two instances, there's a few options, including...

• Automation for Jira - It's technically possible to do this, using webhooks. But it can be quite complex to create/maintain, given you'd have to consider every field, status, etc.
• An App from the Marketplace - you could use an Issue Sync App (which can also be used for one-off / adhoc moves). There's two types I've come across...
  • Apps integrated/built into Jira, such as Backbone Issue Sync
  • Apps which use an App in Jira, but are billed separately, such as Exalate - which does have a "free plan" (see Marketplace listing)
