Hi @Welder Vieira Silva welcome to the community. It may have been lost in the translation, but I'm not able to follow what steps you are taking to see this issue. You may want to search Atlassian's Jira Site to see if this is a known issue.
You could also see if other users have the same issue, or if you can reproduce the same behavior with a different browser, that may be contributing to the issue.
If you've done all those steps, you could contact Atlassian Support and they will probably be able to assist you further.
