Hi , we have an existing project under an existing admin account. However, when we tried giving access to the same , some of the team members are unable to view the tasks, stories etc but able to see the sprints . Can we create another admin account and export the whole project into that and then try sharing user invitation ? Kindly revert
Hello @Smax
Welcome to the community.
Your post is tagged as being for jira-server. With which version of Jira are you working? And is it Jira Server or Jira Data Center?
What exactly do you mean by the project exists under an admin account?
Projects don't exist under accounts. Projects exist in a Jira instance.
And what exactly did you do to try to give access to other team members?
Access to projects is governed by a few different areas where permissions are set. There is an area where you specify the groups that will have access to the product (i.e. to Jira Software). There are Global Permissions that are applied across the entire Jira instance. And there are Permissions Schemes that define permissions for users within specific projects.
Has your post been incorrectly tagged? Are you actually working with Jira Cloud?
