Export selected issue details automatically

Export selected issue details automatically

Team,

We have a portal, where customers will visit and select the issue that they want to export the details of it.

Once the customer selects the issue and submits the requests, automatically the selected issue details should export as pdf/docx file.

We are using the XPORTER plugin, but with this plugin it will generate the export for the raised request not for the selected one.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

I don't totally understand the difference between "selected" and "raised" in your question, and don't exactly understand the user flow, but generally speaking, this app will solve use cases where automatic PDF exports are required.
