Export data from Deactivated Jira Account

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to ask Atlassian team to export all of our task history when our account has already been deactivated ? I've tried to raise this through Atlassian ticketing support but it needs to input Active JIRA URL, so I can't submit the ticket. Please kindly help if anybody has some info regarding this request.WhatsApp Image 2026-06-29 at 11.22.14 AM.jpeg

Asking Costs Nothing.

Please follow these steps to submit a support ticket:

Go to the Atlassian Support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

  1. Under How can we help you?, select Your account.
  2. Under Choose a topic, select Log-in issues.
  3. Scroll down and click Need more help?.
  4. Click Need more help? a second time when it appears.
  5. Input the details of your issue in the Your question box and click Submit.
