Dear Community, I am a consultant and I have just created a new process as a workflow for a customer. I would like to digitize this process now. Since I do not have access to the Jira server of my customer, I made my own free access to Jira cloud.
Now my question: Is it possible for me to export the complete process consisting of tasks and sub-tasks from my account and make the file available to my customer for import on his server? If yes, how?
I am looking forward to your feedback
Greetings
Fabian
@Fabian Dichant The best doc page related to this is here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-and-export-issue-workflows/
But there is a few app available for Jira that enable export/importing configuration with certain granularity. You could try Configuration Manager which is the most widely used among them.
Another app you might consider for this use case is Workflow Wizard. It allows you to export and import workflows between different Jira Cloud instances without the need to publish the workflow on the marketplace.
