Export Configuration from Production to Development

I'm looking to make a copy of my production environment including everything except issues and their associated data. i.e. custom fields, screens, workflows, users, projects etc.

What's the best approach?

Hi @Daniel Garcia 

First Take a Backup of the Instance and Restore it into a Dev Instance. Now delete all the issues in Instance. Now you only have the Configurations in the Dev Instance.

They have suggested plugins that can be used to export and import the configurations from one instance to another
