Exploring the plug-ins in Jira that could be applied on browsers and not the servers, for enhanced reporting including subtasks level burndown. Most of them require installation on the server/cloud. Explored Scope360 as of now. Appreciate your guidance/ideas.

IMHO

• Data Access outside of Atlassian begins with the REST APIs.  They are free.
• Then you can apply your favorite tool.   For me, it is Power BI.

I know this is a cryptic answer, but it's a complex topic.    This is not a sales pitch. But here are some examples of Power BI Reports built on the APIs.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you clarify if you are using the Jira Data Center product or the Jira Cloud product?

Can you provide some examples of plug-ins you have already reviewed?

In order for any plug-in to provide you a different view of your Jira data it will need access to your Jira data. If the plug-in is not free that will require you to subscribe to the plug-in and pay some sort of fee. 

Depending on your Jira environment and the plug-in you may have to "install" some software in the Jira environment to enable the plug-in to access your data.

I don't think there is any product that is, for example, only an extension to your browser application that can access your Jira data to produce the reports you seek.

Perhaps I have not understood your requirements. Can you provide more information about what you mean by "applied on browsers and not the servers"?
