there is no field to write Expected Result inJIRa while logging issue but still Expected Result: Expected Result is required. error appearing.

recently we integrated zypher with jira is that mack this problem.

We are seeing this now as well. We have changed nothing on the Project or board but suddenly this is happening. There is no field for "Expected Result" and the suggestion to find the missing field does not exist in the menu as Nic has suggested.

Go to the "create issue" process and look to the top right for "configure fields".  In there, you should find a "where's my field" option, which will tell you why the field is not appearing.  (Also, just check it's actually selected for display in there as well)

Hi Nic,

Where's my Field option is not available only ALL and Custom option are available.
