Olá, gostaria de saber como proceder para excluir a função de um usuário administrador do site ou transferir para outro usuário a permissão.

Se for um administrador do sistema, basta acessar os detalhes do usuário em administração - gerenciamento de usuários e removê-los da função. Se for um administrador da Org, o administrador atual da Org precisa adicionar um novo administrador da Org antes de remover o atual.
