My browser is firefox19.0.2

How can I fix it?

Please follow the workaround to fix this in here. Basically you will need to disable the Feedback Module in GreenHopper.

Moreover, could you please provide us the version of GreenHopper that you are currently using? This is because this error is suppose to be fix in 6.1.3 and it seems that it is appearing again even in 6.1.4.2.
