We create cases mostly from an email, but would like an "exception-list". There are some emails that we do not want to be a case.
Is that possible?

The configuration on the email handler is limited. I used Scriptrunner custom email handlers on server but that does not seem available on the cloud platform.
As a workaround, you can use Automation to detect issues and delete or close them as they arrive.
Thanks, Tom! We will use the portal soon, so the amount of emails will be redused.
