Excel connector for Jira Cloud
Hello Team,
I have a requirement which is described below, please help me with solutions if possible.
I want to create tickets using the excel sheet, this is done using a plugin which is called as "Excel connector for Jira". This has helped me to create new tickets in Jira, but I want to know if it is possible to create tickets with the existing excel sheet. For example, I have an excel sheet that contains data like the name of the city, location, etc. Can I directly connect to excel connector and import this excel sheet? If so, is it that all the custom fields are created automatically? Or I will have to create custom fields and then import the data.
