Excel Macro for downloading JIRA

I am looking for an Excel Macro to helpmeet download all data fields related to an issue within JIRA/Odyssey including History tab information and comments properly formatted within Excel.

We won't be able to download and install in our organisation unfortunately.

Isn't there any way to get this done?

It is not an Excel macro, but you can get all these with Better Excel Exporter.
