Everything is too slow to use, and I keep seeing repeated "batch" requests in the Chrome dev tools.

I used to use it fine, but recently got a new laptop. I can't even use the platform anymore, because of how slowly things load. Most of the time, it just hangs up and never loads and I have to start over.

I see repeated "batch" requests in the network tab, and they keep just cancelling out. Any insights?
