Every new person see How does your team work !

Hi,

I have an issue on JIRA Service Desk every people invited to access the application / board see How does your team work instead of just seeing the board.

When the go directly on the board URL it's working but as soon they go to the homepage of Atlassian / JIRA they have this view.

How can I remove this please ? it's really anoying.

Can you make sure you have set a System dashboard? That should be the default landing page if set :)

I confirm you that I have the default system dashboard set.

After I closed "first step" of a project, my new colleague doesn't have the request to this view but the old ones still have it.. :(
