Event-based action (JMWE) - Move parent to next status, when all sub-tasks are in a certain status

Hi,

I try to move parent automatically to next status, when all sub-tasks are in a certain status via event based action (JMWE) but it does not work.

Isn't it possible in general via event based action or where is my mistake?
