Even after closing sprint it shows start sprint

Hello Team,

STory points feild is not capturing story points 

we have story point estimate feild which is accepting story points

One Data - Backlog - Jira

even after closing sprint 15 it shows as start sprint 

Also story points are not visible under program tracker Program Tracker - PI 6 - Product Management - Jira Product Discovery

Unfortunately we can't access those links to see what is going on as they're for you companies Jira instance.

It would help if you could share screenshots.

Can you confirm whether you're using a company or team managed project?  The reason I'm asking is that you've mentioned both Story Points and the Story Point Estimate field; Story Point Estimate is used in Team Managed projects, while the Story Point field is used in Company managed projects.
