We use dynatrace to monitor our jira instance we we see a lot of exception calls to add-on that we are no longer using and have been uninstalled.
Custom Field Type 'com.sentinel.jira.plugin.jira-create-tasks-on-transition-plugin:UserCheckboxListCFType' not found
Custom Field Type 'com.idalko.jira.plugins.igrid:originIdCFType' not found
This causes our instance to hang some of the call and impacts performance. Any idea of what may be causing this even though the add-ons have been uninstalled?
The Apps don't know where they might have been configured (and also don't want to destroy your config if you remove them and might want to put them back), so when you run into this, it causes problems as Jira tries to load classes that aren't there any more.
The easy(ish) fix:
Good day,
'com.idalko.jira.plugins.igrid:originIdCFType' is definitively coming from the table grid editor (which we build)
Could each of you send the details of your configuration to support.tge@idalko.com
* A support.zip from the support tools
* History around the table grid editor
This will raise a ticket in our Jira, and we'll take it from there
